QD Winch Wiring Kit

This is a wiring kit to use with a winch on a quick detachable system fitted at either the front/rear, or both ends of the vehicle.

The kit for the front or the vehicle comprises of:

• 1x 2.5m Black negative heavy duty battery cable 315/0.40mm-2 300amp. Fitted at one end with a heatshrink, & a terminal.
• 1x 2m Red positive heavy duty cable 315/0.40mm-2 300amp. Fitted at one end with a heatshrink & a terminal. Both of these leads are fitted into a grey polycarbonate high current connector rated 175 amps, & a protective connector/cable cover.
• 1x 500mm Red positive heavy duty cable 315/0.40mm-2 300amp. Fitted with heashrink & terminals each end
• 1x Positive battery terminal.
• 1x Negative battery terminal.
• 1x Battery isolator switch with removable key.
• 2.5m Convoluted tubing & fixing clips.

The kit for the rear of the vehicle comprises of:

• 1x 3m Black negative heavy duty cable 315/0.40mm-2 300amp. Fitted at one end with a heatshrink & a terminal.
• 1x 2.5m Red positive heavy duty cable 315/0.40mm-2 300amp. Fitted at one end with a heatshrink & a terminal.Both of these leads are fitted into a grey polycarbonate high current connector rated 175 amps, & a protective connector/cable cover.
• 1x 500mm Red positive heavy duty cable 315/0.40mm-2 300amp. Fitted with heashrink & terminals each end
• 1x Positive battery terminal
• 1x Negative battery terminal
• 1x Battery isolator switch with removable key
• 3m Convoluted tubing & fixing clips

Front & Rear Combo kit combined comprises of:

Both Front & Rear kits as described but with only:

• 1x master cut off switch
• 1x 500mm Red positive cable
